The US Air Force (USAF) revelaed that it has air-launched a nuclear-capable AGM-86B cruise missile for trial purposes. The service indicated that three tests were conducted with AGM-86B Air-Launched Cruise Missiles which did not carry warheads, keeping the dates undiclosed. The trials were conducted from the USAF's strategic bomber aircraft B-52H Stratofortress at Utah Test and Training Range. Stratofortress is able to carry 20 AGM-86Bs simultaneously.
