The Submarine Floating Dock Project, a joint project of the Ministry of National Defense General Directorate of Shipyards (TGM), ASFAT and Yütek Shipbuilding took an important step and successfully passed the first dive test.

Within the scope of meeting the needs of TGM, the first sheet metal cutting ceremony of the Submarine Dock, which will be built under the main contractor of ASFAT, was held on 18^th August 2020.

The Submarine Pool has a lifting capacity of 3000 tons and at the same time has the ability to dive for 75 minutes. The Submarine Dock, which can operate for five days without resupply, is expected to successfully fulfill key tasks.
