July 17, 2018Russia’s new hypersonic missile, will likely be ready for combat by 2020
Russia has successfully tested a hypersonic missile the United States is currently unable to defend against, according to sources with direct knowledge of U.S. intelligence reports US based CNBC reported. Russia has tested the weapon, dubbed “Kinzhal,” meaning “dagger,” and last successful test was carried out against a target nearly 500 miles away. US is expecting the missile to be combat ready by 2020 and considers that Russia is going to install them on strategic bomber aircraft.
