ASELSAN and Nurol Makina are signing a cooperation agreement at IDEF 2017. Under the agreement, ASELSAN's SARP Stabilized Advanced Remote Weapon Platform will be integrated onto Nurol Makina's Ejder Yalcin III tactical wheeled armored combat vehicles. The signing ceremony will be held today at Nurol Makina's stand.

Ejder Yalcin offers special solutions to the different operational requirements of users with customizations such as Border Surveillance and Security Vehicle, Air Defence Vehicle, Reconnaissance Vehicle, Command and Control Vehicle, Mine/IED Detection-Clearence Vehicle, 
Combat Vehicle, Personnel Carrier, CBRN Surveillance Vehicle, Tactical Missile Carriage/Launch System and Armored Ambulance. The vehicle has mine protection level up to 4a 3b according to Stanag 4569.

In its standard configuration, SARP can accommodate a 7,62 mm or 12,7 mm machine gun or a 40 mm automatic grenade launcher. The system features a cooled thermal imager, CCD camera, and a laser rangefinder. It is able to traverse through 360° and elevate from -30° to 60°.
