Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) will display the mock-up of India’s first indigenous multi-role helicopter at Aero India exhibition, which is to be held between 14-18 February in Bengaluru. Designed to have twin engines, the 10-tonne class helicopter will have a maximum range of 500 km and a service ceiling of over 4570 mt. The helicopter will be able to carry 24 fully equipped troops. HAL stated that the development process will begin upon firm demand.
