Motor Sich for another round

Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine rejected DCH and Skyrizon's offer to buy Motor Sich shares.

The Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) responded DCH Group’s request to buy shares in PJSC Motor Sich

AMCU did not accept the application for consideration. The following text lists a few technical procedural points which justify the Committee’s decision and a request for additional information.

It will be recalled that Chinese investors represented in Ukraine by Skyrizon together with the DCH Group of Kharkiv businessman Oleksandr Yaroslavsky filed an application with the AMCU on August 4, 2020.

According to the current legislation, the return of the application does not deprive the applicant of the right to apply to the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine again.

The company has been in the sales process for a while. A Chinese company had previously requested to buy, but the process was halted upon the objection of the USA.
