Manufactured by ASFAT (Askeri Fabrika ve Tersane İşletme A.Ş.- Military Factory and Shipyard Management), a subsidiary of the Ministry of National Defence, 13 more MEMATT (Mekanik Mayın Temizleme Teçhizatı- Mechanical Mine Clearing Equipment) was delivered to the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan.

The number of MEMATT’s exported to Azerbaijan has reached 20.

The Ministry of National Defence announced the development on social media.

The announcement states, “MEMATT’s to be used in the clearing of mines in the liberated lands may be beneficial to Azerbaijan. We also congratulate our MSB ASFAT personnel who have brought 20 MEMATT’s in total to the Azerbaijan army.”
