November 3, 2018Israel Studied on S-300 in Greece
The Israeli Air Force carried out a strange flight over Greece. The flight over Greece was carried out by an Israeli Eitam EW (electronic warfare) aircraft.
Eitam was developed on the Gulfstream G550. Electronic attack and intelligence gathering trials were conducted against the S-300 systems with the aircraft’s intelligence gathering capability. Information was collected on S-300 air defence system's tracking radar lock-on system. In addition, a number of trials were carried out on how to blind this radar.
