Indian Ministry of Defence has cleared the acquisition of NAG Missile System (NAMIS) during the Defence Acquisition Council (DAC) meeting on 27 April. The system includes 300 NAG Anti-Tank Guided Missiles along with 25 NAG Missile Carrier Vehicle (NAMICA).
DAC also approved procurement of 13 127 mm guns for the Navy from BAE Systems.
