The Russian Defence Ministry shared the test video of the Gremyashchiy-class Project 20385 Thundering corvette, which will enter the inventory this month. In the video, which includes tests in the Baltic Sea, Thundering destroys the cruise missile target using the Redut anti-aircraft missile system.
The ship, whose construction was delayed due to Germany’s lack of delivery of the power pack, was operationalized with the Russian diesel machines 1DDA-12000.
The corvette, which is scheduled to host a total of 99 crew members, is displaced by 2,200 tons.
