Germany also received the fifth and final H135 helicopter it ordered. According to a statement made by Airbus Helicopters, Germany leased these helicopters for pilot training.
H135 is a twin engined lightweight helicopter. The platform achieved over 1300 deliveries in total to the military and civilian market. Germany, which already has 14 H135 helicopters in inventory, left behind a total of 100,000 flight hours with these helicopters.
