Schiebel, an Austrian company, announced on its social media account that the CAMCOPTER S-100 was developed to detect sunken submarines.
In his social media post, Schiebel said that “We recently showcased the CAMCOPTER S-100’s Anti-Submarine Warfare solution at a prestigious NATO exercise. Together with Thales’ sensors, the UAS becomes an invaluable asset for detecting submerged submarines!”
It was also announced in the statement that the new version of the CAMCOPTER S-100 was exhibited with Thales’ sensors.
