Nurol BAE Systems Air Systems Inc. (BNA), renamed: Nurol Control and Avionic Systems Inc.

As featured in C4Defence last November, BAE Systems sold its 49% stake in Nurol BAE Systems Air Systems Inc. (BNA) to Nurol Holding Inc. With this agreement, Nurol BAE Systems Air Systems Inc became 100% Nurol holding ownership.

BNA, which provides services in partnership with Nurol Holding and British BAE Systems, is now 100% under the ownership of Nurol Holding and with Nurol Control and Avionics Systems Inc. name, will continue to contribute to the Turkish defence industry.

Nurol Control and Avionics Systems Inc. aims to contribute to many national projects, especially Hürjet and National Combat Aircraft.
