Airbus made a final decision to sell its stake in Atlas Elektronik to Thysenkrupp, announced on 12 January. Naval warfare, combat control, communcation and unmanned underwater systems manufacturer Atlas Elektronik was acquired jointly by Airbus and Thysenkrupp in 2006 for $268,3 million. Under the new agreement, Thysenkrupp will acquire Airbus' 49% stake.Â
