Airbus delivered the 10th A400M order, which the Spanish Air Force calls MSN111, delivering a total of 100th A400M military transport aircraft. The delivered platform made its first flight from Seville to Zaragoza, where the Spanish A400M fleet is located.
In the same week, the A400M’s global fleet reached a new milestone, completing 100,000 flight hours.
In 2020, A400M aircraft took part in many important missions and delivered about 40 tons of food, water, fuel and ammunition to French troops in the Sahel region of Africa. In addition, Germany became the first A400M user to serve as a tanker for the A400M in operation ‘Counter Daesh’ in Jordan.
