Russia said Wednesday that everyone on board a military transport plane — reportedly carrying dozens of captured Ukrainian soldiers — had died after the aircraft crashed near the border with Ukraine. “Everyone on board died,” the Belgorod regional governor Vyacheslav Gladkov said on social media.
