Interfax news agency reported a Russian
authority from Russian Defence Industry administration, stated that Russia will
modernize its SU-34 aircrafts. Modernisation process is consisted of more than
one phases and first phase will be terminated by mid-2016. Modernisation will
be fully terminated by 2020 where it will include new ammunition capacity and
electronic avionics. Russia flies Su-34’s in Syria and Algeria declared its
intention to buy 12 Su-34s last week.

NATO and partner nations are taking part in exercise Ramstein Legacy 22, a NATO large-scale live-fire air defence exercise. Seventeen Allied and partner countries trained in Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland with aircraft, missile defence systems and electronic warfare systems from 6 to 10 June 2022.
