The 'Women In Air and Space ' Symposium was organized at the Eurasia Airshow held in Antalya between April 25th and 29th, 2018, in order to promote gender balance, especially in the aerospace industry.

On the second day of the fair, the 'Women in Air and Space' symposium brought together professionals from military and civilian industry, academics and people interested in aerospace to discuss the development and advancement of women in aviation and space in technical, academic and managerial terms as well as to create awareness and to form a meeting environment.

The symposium, which consisted of three panels under the theme of 'Entrepreneurship', 'Space' and 'Women in the Air and the Ground', attracted both national and international participation.
