Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI) continues with the deliveries of ANKA-S unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs). The acceptance of two Air Vehicles and related ground systems belonging to ANKA-S UAV system has been successfully completed. Turkish Undersecretariat for Defence Industries announced the delivery on 8 April of its official Twitter account, saying; “Two more Anka-S systems with the ability to perform tasks at very long distances thanks to their ability to be controlled from the satellite have been delivered to Turkish Air Force.” Thus, the number of satellite controlled UAV delivered to the Air Force increased to six.
