Military weapons manufacturer INDUMIL (Industria Militar), one of Colombia's state-run companies, will launch the military use of the Turkish-made Hatsan ESCORT AimGuard 12GA shotgun. INDUMIL will also offer the weapon for civilian users. The shotgun will be available at prices of 2,110 dollars to carry and 2,047 dollars in possession after approval of its sale by the Department of Control of the Arms, Ammunition and Explosives Trade (DCCA).
With a fibre optic front sight, a folding synthetic stock, an aeronautical aluminium drawer, the 12GA is capable of firing cartridge at 70mm and 76mm.
The company says it exports arms to more than 90 countries.
