According to a statement made by the Ukrainian Embassy in Ankara, an agreement has been signed between the two countries to grant 3 million dollars a year to the Ukrainian Armed Forces. The statement said the fund will be used to buy dual-use materials to meet military and needs of Ukrainian Army.
