Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), who conducts a series of indigenous projects in the defence and aerospace industry, carried out a comprehensive indigenization work to reduce Turkey's dependence on foreign products and components. In this context, the company prepared a report on which products should be prioritized in terms of indigenization, that are being used in the companies indigenous projects.

TAI, which determined the priority products, systems, subsystems, components, materials and processes for the needs of the indigenous products, has set the main target to select the companies that will be specialized for each main item.
