Russia's Almaz-Antey Corporation announced on Monday that government certification tests of S-350 Vityaz surface-to-air defence system will be completed before the end of this year. The company informed that radar and control systems have been tested with successful results and preliminary firing tests were in progress.
First unveiled at the MAKS 2013 Airshow held in Moscow in August 2013, Vityaz is a highly mobile defence system featuring the 8×8 truck chassis BAZ-6909.
