‘Paragon’ Test on F-16

Lockheed Martin has announced that it will begin tests of its 'Paragon' Dual Mode Plus laser-guided bomb (LGB), previously integrated and tested on F/A-18 aircraft, on F-16s. The test flights are planned for the second quarter of 2017. Paragon direct attack munition features an inertial navigation system (INS)/GPS all-weather moving-target capability and effective against fixed, relocatable and moving targets.
