Otokar, the leading land systems manufacturer of the Turkish defence industry, was awarded the Defence Industry Company of the Year award at the “Boğaziçi Business World Awards” organized by the Boğaziçi University Engineering Society (ENSO). The ceremony took place at Boğaziçi University Albert Long Hall.

The “Boğaziçi Business World Awards” organized by ENSO, one of the oldest student clubs in Türkiye, for 12 years, found their owners this year as well. Otokar, which has achieved important successes in the defence industry, was selected as the Defence Industry Company of the Year at the ceremony where the best companies in their field were awarded.

At the ceremony, which brought together Türkiye’s leading company representatives, academics and students, the best companies in their fields, determined by popular vote in different categories, were awarded. Otokar Military Vehicles System Engineering Director Zafer Uysal received the award of Otokar, whose products and systems are widely used throughout the world as well as in Türkiye.
