Bell Helicopter announced that the Bell V-280 Valor tiltrotor has achieved a hundred percent build completion, moving one step closer to its first flight this fall. V-280 has been designed to provide improvements in speed, range and operational productivity. The tiltrotor has a range of 500-800 nautical miles, a troop capacity for a crew of 4 and 14 troops and a maximum speed of 280 knots.
