The Ukrainian Land Forces took delivery of the new party MT-LBS medical evacuation vehicles. MT-LBS platforms which is developed from MT-LB were delivered by VK Sistema.

Developed on MT-LB, MT-LB-S has the necessary space and tools to provide medical support. The platform contains monitors, first aid units, oxygen support, respiratory support devices and equipment for injured transport in order to monitor the patient's condition. The vehicle, which allows carrying eight injured or 2,000 kilograms of cargo to in the rear, has armor protection against light weapons and fragments. The Ukrainian Army has received a total of 120 MT-LB-S units so far.
