A new rescue ship has been came into service for submarine personnel. Board numbered A-582 Submarine Rescue Mother Ship (MOSHIP) TCG Alemdar has been delivered to Turkish Naval Forces today with a ceremony to be attended by Minister of National Defence Fikri Işık. TCG Alemdar built in Istanbul Shipyard, will be assigned as rescue personnel from submarine up to 600 meters deep, underwater repair and debris removal, rescue mission of defective surface platforms.
