Defence and Aviation Industry Manufacturers Association (SASAD) Deputy Secretary-General and TOBB Defence Industry Sector Assembly Chairman Yılmaz Küçükseyhan C4Defence Instagram was the guest of the live broadcast. He answered the questions of the participants who followed the broadcast. Expressing that the sector's problems will be raised at the ministerial level, Küçükseyhan demanded that the force majeure be written clearly in the tender contracts. “I cannot see any force majeure other than the COVID-19 outbreak. Starting today, force majeure needs to be added to the contracts. ” Reminding that there are disruptions in the work plans and working arrangements due to the epidemic, Küçükseyhan stated that the main contractor companies should be postponed in the delivery schedule, except for urgent and mandatory ones. Küçükseyhan said, “At least six months must be delayed. Companies should not be fined for delays. ”
