Israel Ministry of Defence announced that they had tested a rocket propulsion system on 29 May from the Palmachim Airbase and successfully completed its mission. Although the Ministry did not specify the type of the missile, it is speculated that it was a Jericho-3 intercontinental ballistic missile which can carry a nuclear warhead.
