Iran to Build New Ship

Iran is planning to start building six-ton, multi-hull destroyer ships this year. The new platform will increase the capability of the Iranian Navy, according to the statement of the country's head of the Ministry of Defence Marine Industries Organization, Amir Rastegari. The ship can “conduct operations for at least two months without docking for supplies”, he added. Rastegari said Iran has the capability to produce nuclear submarines.
