Indonesian Ministry of Defence announced military export revenues. According to official data announced by an official from the Ministry of Defence, Jakarta exported a total of 284.1 million USD between 2015 and 2018.
PT Dirgantara Indonesia, PT PAL and PT Lundin Shipyards and PT Pindad companies realized a large portion of sales. In this process, only PTDI sales amounted to US $ 161 million. The company earned most of its revenue from CN 235-220 and NC212. Sales were made to Senegal, Thailand and Vietnam. The PT PAL shipyard generated revenues of $ 86.9 million from two ships exported to the Philippines. PT Pindad sold $ 32.6 million. This comes from the sale of weapons and ammunition. PT Lundin shipyard also succeeded in exporting patrol vessels to Sweden and Russia, and earned US $ 3.6 million.
