Larsen & Toubro Limited (L&T), an Indian multi-national conglomerate, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding on 24 March with Bharat Dynamics in order to boost export opportunities for indigenously developed torpedoes (LWT-XP) by Naval Science & Technology Laboratory (NSTL).
According to a press release, the MoU was signed by V Udaya Bhaskar, Chairman and Managing Director, BDL, and Jayanth Patil, Head of Defence, L&T. Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) chairman S Christopher was also present at the signing ceremony.
