President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan stated that two T700-GE-701D engines produced under the license of GE at TUSAŞ Engine Industry (TEI) for Turkish Utility Helicopter Project under were delivered to Turkish Aerospace Industries (TUSAŞ).
The engines will be used at T70 General Purpose Helicopters. TEI will produce 236 units from this engine.
