Turkish Undersecretariat for Defence Industries (SSM) announced on its official Twitter account that the two Anka-S UAVs were delivered to the Turkish Armed Forces. The tweet states, “Two Anka-S UAV, which had the ability to be controlled through our national satellites, was delivered to Turkish Armed Forces”.
Turkish Aerospace Industries (TAI), on the other hand, reminded that two ANKA-S UAV Systems were delivered to the inventory so far, and said, “with the deliveries completed on March 14, the number of operational UAVs increased to four”. TAI is to deliver a total of 10 UAVs.
