The Polish Ministry of Defence has signed a contract with Remontowa Shipbuilding for two minesweeper vessels and one rescue vessel.
The acquisitions, worth nearly $570 million, is a part of Polish Navy's modernization efforts. According to Remontowa, the two minesweepers are scheduled to be delivered to the Navy between 2020-2021.
