Pakistan Aeronautical Complex (PAC) has delivered five Super Mushshak primary trainers to Nigerian forces on 14 July, out of 10 ordered in 2016. Super Mushshak is an advanced version of MFI-17 Mushshak aircraft, featuring a more powerful engine, cockpit air-conditioning and electrical instruments. 

The maiden flight of the Super Mushshak took place in August 1996 and the trainer entered service in Pakistan Air Force in 2001.  Turkey has also placed an order for 52 Super Mushshak trainers with a contract inked during IDEF 2017. The new trainers will replace Turkish Air Force's aging T-41 and SF-260 platforms.
